I want to take my son out of state. I went to see a lawyer yesterday, he told me to immediately file for custody and then leave with the child. I want to know where to go? Court house? Is it just a form or does it have to open a case? Even if I’m not married to the father? I know I’ll have to come back up for court. THe problem is that I have no family here, not one person and no job, I’m a full time nursing student. So I wouldn’t have anywhere else to go.
My boyfriend and I had sex yesterday since I was ovulating. We are trying for our first child and I’m hoping that the test comes out positive when I take one…What can or can I not do while trying to conceive? It’s obvious that you can’t drink or smoke. But what can/can’t I eat and drink?

My best friend was put into foster care about six months ago, and I haven’t heard from him since then.
I just received an e-mail from him yesterday, and was wondering what I should include in the reply. What should I say to make him feel better, and let him know that I truly do love him like a brother. But, at the same time I don’t want to come across as obsessive or … gay… haha.
Anything you guys could advise will be helpful.

My coworkers and I were having a discussion yesterday about how silly baby names are nowadays. People are naming their children the most rediculous things…for example one of my classmates just named her daughter Anacrusis (which is a musical term we learned in Music 104) What are some weird names you all have heard lately?
