Me and my mom have section 8 I have a newborn “boy’ Do i have the right of an extra room?

Also I want to move out of Connecticut is it possible with section 8? Another situation I have is that I sign a lease of 12 months and and my child was born after I sign the lease, and if they do give me an extra room can I break that lease? is there any way i can break that lease?
