How can i become a senior or junior kindergarten teacher? What do you actually call these teachers?

i have a few questions and it is my last year in high school and i am really confused:

-What do I need to become a kindergarten teacher?
-Do you have to go to college or university? If college then “What will I have to take in college?”
-How long is this program?
-Do teachers usually get paid okay?
