Striking a Balance Between Parent and Friend

Many parents feel that they are distancing their children from themselves when they set strict rules. But this is not at all true. Although children complain, sulk and get upset whenever you place a firm foot down, they understand inside that this only means that you care. How Long Does It Take For A Judge To Rule On Shared Parenting If Mom Does Not Have Lawyer?

My lawyer has filed a motion for shared parenting on 2/9/07 I don’t think my son’s mother has a lawyer what happens if she don’t?and when should I know if the motion was excepted by a judge

Do You Have A Principal Rule For Parenting?

My daughter is 6 months old and we said before she was born that we will have one principal rule of parenting – The Parents Always Win! I don’t want to get caught up in bargaining or give up when confronted by a tantrum. We really haven’t had to exercise it yet because Miss Muffett is little still.
