I’m trying to go to Charlotte Bobcats game. Do you have to buy tickets for children? We’re 3 adults with 3 children under 5.
The children will be sitting in our laps so there’s not even a point to buy a ticket. But for admission into the arena, do they require children to have tickets? If so, are they cheaper or you have to pay regular price?
I am a divorced mother of 2. One of the kids live with me the other with there father. He has spanked the one that lives with him to the point of leaving dark purple bruises all over her backside. He has also left marks on her face as well. Is spanking that hard a sign of abuse, I just would really like some advice before I talk to the cops about it..

I have a soon-to-be preschooler and a grade school aged child. We are looking to purchase a dog in the spring, and we want to do our homework before we commit to a certain breed.
We need a dog who can be playful–but not constantly. One that trains relatively easy is a plus as well. Loud dogs not as good b/c at this point, my little one easily scares with loud noises.
We also prefer to rescue a dog or get one from a private breeder.
What are your suggestions?

I’m 7 months pregnant and my mil is driving me crazy. She thinks she knows everything about everything and has no problem letting everyone know her opinions.
It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to be around her. She gives so much unwanted & un-needed advice about things I should/shouldn’t do while pregnant – and for when the baby is here. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, taught for 8 years and was a nanny for 5. I think I might have a clue.
She’s very bossy about how we should do things – almost…
I’ve tried walking away, changing the subject and simply saying “It’s my choice, leave it be.” yet some of my family insists on talking about why I am choosing not to baptize my child when she is born.
They keep saying it’s my parental duty to put God in my child’s life, however I disagree. I’m fighting with a VERY religious family when neither my husband or I practice a religion. It’s gotten to the point where my grandparents, a few aunts, uncles and cousins refuse to speak to me. Honestly, at this point I’ve been inclined to just keep…
