I recently conducted an interview with an expert on childhood obesity. While talking to this career education professional, former wellness coordinator for the world famous Cleveland Clinic hospital, and an exceptionally successful soccer coach, I was made aware of some very interesting facts. I learned that in the United States, childhood obesity is at epidemic proportions. Wow! Certainly a problem, certainly a bad thing, but an epidemic?
