My kid had an annoying electronic wizard doll. The thing just doesn’t shut up. (no removable batteries) When he left it laying around after I told him to clean up the living room, I “accidentally” stepped on it (hard) several times with my cowboy boots. He still wanted to play with it even though my boot heel had crushed its face in. He doesn’t know it yet but it went to the county trash incinerator. Ahh, peace and quiet.

When I was a kid in the mid to late 70′s, there were many midwestern municipal parks that had small railroads in them. In some cases they were free or charged a nominal fee. Both Children and adults could ride inside the cars and travel on simple loops of track or sometimes through more complicated scenery. Many of these amusement rides have since been abandoned due to insurance or operating costs and the trains themselves are collectors items.
It was a relatively simple form of entertainment that I imagine grew out of America’s fascination with the real railroads especially…

can I ask for 300 per kid, is that to much, he makes 18.45 an hr, and works alot, I work 2 jobs and just want to make sure my kids will be ok, I have never gone though this, so just wondering! Thanks for your help
