Help with relocation from chicago to Dallas…..?

Hey everyone! Thanks in advance for any help anyone offers. My DH lost his job more than a month ago. We live in the Chicago suburbs. I was a stay-at-home mom. Now, I have been faced with going back to work and haven’t had much luck here. Neither has he, in fact I’ve had more luck and he has a fantastic resume! However, I have had some hopeful conversations with a recruiter in Dallas. We have wanted to move out of this area for a while, and do have family in Dallas. I have more family here in Chicago, but…
