I am thinking about doing this as a career, but I would like to know the pros and cons of it. It would be really helpful if anyone with experience would tell me what their life is like, because I know how much kindergarten teachers make on average, but can you afford a house, car, etc. if you are single? Any info. would be nice. I am planning on getting a BS degree for it. Is this a good idea? I’m in Missouri, if this makes a difference.

People say that talent runs in a family. A lot of actors take after their parents, brothers, or sisters. This is also true in the music industry. Sometimes one sibling takes the spotlight more so than the other which can lead to rivalry and jealousy. Other times, both siblings are both such sensational hits that the family name takes over the music charts. Here are some famous sibling musical…

Adolescent psychology is a subspecialty of general psychology that can open new vistas of career opportunities for students who have a natural interest in children and youth. Such a specialty can also be helpful for those who desire to work primarily with adults, because many of the adults who seek the services of a child psychologist will have problems with their own children or are seeking psychotherapy for childhood traumas. Because families are the basic building blocks of society, expertise in child and adolescent psychology becomes a constructive asset when looking for jobs in many sectors of the workplace.Career prospects…

I am in school to become a teacher for EC-6 generalist and all level Special Education. I am thinking that “teacher” is not the right career for me, but I do want to work with young children or special needs children. Any suggestions for jobs involving this that make decent money (not alot, but around teacher salary) and yes, I am willing to get a degree in whatever career I choose, I am just having a hard time figuring out exactly what I want to do. Thanks
