Even if said child is not interested in anything besides playing with his friends and reading? He gets enough exercise and does exceptionally well in school. He refuses to take part in any group or activity that he will be signed up for.
The boy is going into the 6th grade which is still elementary.

I have recently been served child support papers via mail, yet my ex and I have never been to court for child custody, and not had anything officially set up. I have our daughter 6 days of the week, yet the papers say I never have her and I am the non-custodial parent. How does this happen,, what do I do?

I already asked before but I need more answers.
My husband is completely ignoring my pregnancy,he doesn’t want to know anything about it.He doesn’t even ask,and when I talk to him about it he ignores me completely.I already had 4 kids(16,14,10,2.5) and he was alwas so interested and involved and now nothing.I don’t know what to do.
And finances are not any issue at all,so that is not the reason.

My son is 9 years old, he is a great kid, very respectful and smart and hyper. He is a sweetheart, he truly is. This year he has been showing some very odd behaviors acting out in school. Disrespecting teachers, not following classroom rules not doing any of his school work and constantly leaving school books in school to avoid doing homework. I am unemployed and getting killed with my COBRA payments, where I can’t afford anything afterwards. I have been trying to find an alternate insurance plan, where I can still go to my doctors and save some money. I came across Family Health Resources, it sounds good, but I want to make sure they are legit.

Adoption is truly amazing and has been such a blessing in my life and in the lives of so many that i love. I signed off thinking that it was going to be the best for the kids but within one day I found out based on her actions it was a mistake. Is there anything one can do or is it to late. I though she had changed and was going to start being a mother again but now see it was nothing more then a ploy to get the child support.
