How Do I Deal With Overwhelming Sadness About Daughter Starting Kindergarten?

My five year old daughter is starting kindergarten in the fall. I am SO SAD! I miss her being little (toddler) so much! I wish they made a reverse button to turn back time, just for a day! How do I deal with this overwhelming sadness?
