I believe that these are varieties of card games which are not played in UK. The British have &quot;Happy Families&quot; where you regroup a family, or members of professions, by asking someone else if they have a card of that sort.
Trompo could be a form of &quot;Poker&quot;.
The British have a number game called &quot;Steps and ladders&quot; which is a board game, but no game with days of the week.</description>
