What Are Some Good Non-competitive Children’s Party Games?

It’s my daughter’s fifth birthday in a few weeks and I’m arranging a party. I want to arrange some games but nothing competitive ( I want to avoid tears). So far I’m doing a bubble show where the children can climb inside a bubble, and I’m doing a game of ‘Were going on a bear hunt’ where the children go through the actions of the book and then someone jumps out in a bear suit. Can you think of any good games the children could play? Where no one’s the loser and where every one can have a go. Thanks…

Raising your Children the Easy Way

Bringing up your children has to be the hardest, most demanding job in the world. It is a wonderful and challenging life experience. But it is so much harder than it looks, as I found out through experience, but with lots of patience and a fair degree of hope, children can grow into very emotionally-secure adults. What Are The Alternative Treatments For Adhd In A Preschooler?

My four year old son was just diagnosed with ADHD (more hyperactivity than attention). My husband and I will choose the medication route only as a last resort after all other methods of treatment have been exhausted. I’ve heard about cutting sugar and processed foods out of the diet and Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids (flax seed and fish oil), but is there anything else out there that is safe enough to try?
